3 QUOTES
Assignment: Choose 3 quotes and write a well-developed paragraph explaining and interpreting each of these 3 quotes.

The first quote I chose is number two “Writing a first draft is very much like watching a Polaroid developed. You can’t—and, in fact, you’re not supposed to – know exactly what the picture is going to look like until it has finished developing”. The first reason I chose this quote is because we usually write draft before handing in an essay and I usually think that my essay is not nice but when I am finished the last copy, I usually feel really proud. The second reason I chose this quote is because it gives power to the writers to go on and don’t be disappointed. The last reason that I chose the quote is because there is another quote that I also read is that ‘time is always right to what is time’ and I really believe on it!
The second quote that I used is number 3 “Nothing is as important as a likable narrator. Nothing holds a story together better. I like narrators to be like people I choose for friends, which is to say they have a lot of the same flaws as I do”. The reason I chose this quote is because the author is right. The narrator gives us all the important information about the play and introduces us to the play or the book. I believe that the narrator has to be chosen like as a friend of ours because he has the same flaws. In my opinion that means it is made of you, and can’t do anything more or less than you can.
The third quote and last one that I chose is number five which says “ You want to ask yourself how do your character stand, what do they carry on their pockets, what happens in their faces and to their posture when they are thinking, or happy or afraid”.  The reason I chose this quote is because for me it means that you have to give all the information that you want a character in a book to have and you need to know in order to move to the next chapter. When you read a book you might ask but how did he get there, or how did she take the water and were did she find the food? In order to write a good story you must answer to all the questions that you have as a reader!
